We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
